We specialize in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), erectile dysfunction, weight management, and PRP therapies, delivering care in a setting designed exclusively for men. Our clinics feel more like a high-end lounge than a medical office—complete with leather seating, flat-screens, hardwood floors, and sports-driven décor.

With our on-site laboratory (15-minute testosterone results!) and streamlined systems, we provide fast, effective, concierge-quality care that men genuinely appreciate.

We’re looking for an exceptional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Mount Pleasant team. This is an opportunity to work in a positive, supportive environment where clinical autonomy, patient rapport, and high-quality outcomes are top priorities.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit team, backed by strong medical leadership, and supported with ongoing professional development—and potential future opportunities to grow into a clinic leadership role.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for low testosterone and erectile dysfunction
• Prescribe testosterone therapy under physician supervision
• Recommend and manage ED treatments (e.g., Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimix)
• Conduct new-patient consultations and interpret labs
• Provide clear education and guidance to patients
• Administer IM injections and PRP treatments
• Collaborate daily with a Medical Assistant and Clinic Coordinator
• Maintain strong patient relationships and clinic census goals
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Deliver an exceptional, patient-focused experience at every visit

• 2 years of NP or PA experience
• Background in urology, endocrinology, internal medicine, or men’s health is a plus
• Active SC state license in good standing
• Active DEA Controlled Substance Registration
• No current/pending malpractice issues
• Patient-centered approach and strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch clinical environment
