Job Summary

GameDay Men’s Health Beachwood is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support daily front-office operations in our men’s health clinic. This in-person healthcare role focuses on patient intake, appointment scheduling, customer service and medical office administration. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical front office while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.

testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), sexual health, medical weight loss, peptide

therapy, vitamin infusion therapy, and preventative care. We deliver personalized, discreet,

and results-driven services in a welcoming, professional clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a professional and welcoming front-desk experience
• Answer incoming phone calls/text messages and direct inquiries appropriately
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for TRT, ED consultations, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, vitamin infusion therapy, lab work, and follow-up visits
• Perform patient intake and assist with administrative tasks
• Respond to patient questions, orders, and membership updates via phone and text
• Contact current and former patients regarding new services, including weight loss, peptides, and vitamin infusions
• Coordinate communication between front-desk staff and clinical team members
• Complete data entry, filing, and document management accurately
• Use Google Suite and office software for scheduling and administrative support
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with patient privacy standards
• Support smooth daily operations of the medical office
• Supply office pictures and videos to our social media management company to create content
• Solicit and manage Google customer reviews from satisfied patients

Qualifications

• Experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or Medical Receptionist preferred
• Strong customer service and healthcare communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy medical front office
• Proficient with computers and office software (Google Suite preferred)
• Accurate typing and strong attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and reliability

Job Details

• Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
