We custom manufacture complete systems for storefronts, curtain walls, skylights, interior glass walls, solariums, sunrooms, and a broad spectrum of exterior and interior architectural metal components. We have been manufacturing and fenestrating quality products for over 35 years and have graced many notable buildings in the New York Metropolitan Area since 1986.
Gamco is currently looking for a full-time, talented Account Receivable Accountant to join our team. Your primary duties will include communicating with customers to collect payments, generating tracking an financial reports, and updating key stakeholders on company finances, among other duties. Learning is accomplished through on-the-job training. Education in the field of Finance/Accounting or relevant work experience is required. The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and in a timely manner is required.
Primary Job Duties:
- Create and post Invoices as well as process daily deposits and payments
- Issue the credit memo and other surcharges
- Reconcile the daily cash receipt and Identify the discrepancies with customer’s invoice
- Provide answer/solution to customer inquiries
- Follow up with customers about past due balance in a timely fashion until account is current
- Ensure all entries recorded into the accounting system are accurate and timely
- Cooperate with Accounting manager to facilitate timely collection of payments
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of Accounts receivable or related experience Preferred
- Good phone and customer service skill
- Must be Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and dependable to meet deadlines.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication
- Bilingual in Chinese and English(Required)
- Must be a good team player

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
