Tier 1 / Service Desk Support Engineer (Windows and MAC)
New York City (4 days onsite)
We’re working with a fast-paced, high-performing environment looking for a sharp, polished Service Desk / Tier 1 Support Engineer who can do far more than follow a script.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in real-world troubleshooting environments, can think critically under pressure, and genuinely enjoys solving technical problems for end users.
You’ll support a mix of Mac and Windows environments while working closely with employees across the business, including high-touch users and leadership teams.
What They’re Looking For
• 5 years of hands-on IT support experience
• Strong experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and make sound technical decisions quickly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience supporting hybrid office environments and end-user productivity tools
• Comfortable handling escalations, ambiguous issues, and fast-moving situations
Big Plus Experience
• Mobile Device Management (Intune and/or JAMF)
• Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
• Endpoint troubleshooting and device lifecycle management
• Conference room / AV support
