Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, and cooking. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of delicious Italian-American dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace at all times
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
