- Reviewing and summarizing medical records, deposition testimony and plaintiff's discovery responses.
- Requesting records by obtaining authorizations or issuing Subpoenas.
- Scheduling depositions.
- Preparing records for document production.
- Retaining experts; and preparing deposition, mediation and trial binders.
