We are seeking an associate attorney with 1–5 years of defense litigation experience to join our small, collegial, collaborative, and highly engaged team in Jacksonville, FL. Experience handling personal injury and premises liability matters is preferred. While our practice is rooted in general liability and personal injury defense, this position offers exposure to a diverse and sophisticated litigation docket, including wrongful death actions, automobile negligence cases, zoning and land use disputes, underground facilities and utility litigation, construction defect claims, contract and commercial disputes, product liability matters, homeowners’ association disputes, and first-party insurance litigation. This role is well-suited for a motivated attorney seeking meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and direct collaboration with experienced trial lawyers in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
