A Taste Of What You'll Do
We’re seeking a collaborative Platform Developer to design, build, test, and extend “the platform” that powers our applications and supports multiple business areas. You’ll write clean, well-tested code, create and modify configurations, perform root cause analysis, and lead upgrades and new phases with an eye for architectural impact. You’ll partner closely with Platform Administrators, Business Relationship Managers, and cross-functional teams to turn requirements into reliable, documented solutions that integrate smoothly across services.
You’ll apply industry best practices and agile techniques to scope and deliver features, run or coordinate QA, and ensure work meets performance, SLA, budget, and schedule objectives. You’ll support customers with training and operational guidance, prepare technical reports and manuals, and communicate status to stakeholders at all levels. Small-to-medium projects will be in your hands—prioritizing work, identifying risks, and escalating when needed—while contributing ideas for system and process improvements.
We value continuous learning, intrapreneurship, and ownership: take initiative, experiment responsibly, learn from mistakes, and hold yourself and teammates accountable. The role may include occasional on-call support and requires adherence to quality, environmental, and safety standards. If you’re a practical problem-solver who enjoys collaborating, mentoring, and maximizing platform capabilities to deliver business value, we’d love to hear from you. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences.
