A Taste of What You'll Do
Join GALLO as a Market Development Manager – New Business (Beer, Malt, RTD) and lead the charge to grow our brands in both Retail and On Premise channels. You will partner closely with distributor reps, DMs and AMs to execute monthly programs, close distribution gaps, and drive points-of-sale, using data, market intelligence and tools like Account 360 to identify opportunities and make timely, strategic decisions. You’ll plan your time thoughtfully, prioritize high-impact accounts, coach and train distributor teams, and negotiate monthly objectives and incentives that move business.
You’ll gather and share competitive and pricing insights, support retail price alignment with state guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teammates—from shopper marketing to sales finance—to activate local programs and consumer engagements. As a hands-on ambassador for our brands, you’ll motivate distributor crews, support digital commercialization and e‑Retail growth, host events, and help recruit talent from key universities. You’ll also steward resources responsibly, control expenses, and maintain clear, consistent communication across the market.
We’re looking for someone who demonstrates intrapreneurship and ownership: a future-focused, entrepreneurial thinker who makes sound business decisions, adapts to change, learns from setbacks, and holds themselves and others accountable. If you bring strong relationship-building skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for growing brands, you’ll thrive here.
GALLO values diversity, equity and inclusion and encourages applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities to apply. We offer a collaborative environment where innovation is celebrated and every team member can contribute to our shared success.
