A Taste of What You’ll Do
As an Analyst–Finance Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping the business understand performance, trends, and opportunities through thoughtful financial and business analysis. You’ll partner closely with leaders and cross‑functional teams to translate data into insights that support sound decision‑making and continuous improvement across the organization. This is an opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance while contributing to meaningful projects that impact operations and long‑term strategy.
In this role, you’ll research and analyze financial and expense performance, evaluate investments, and assess the impact of projects, systems, and transactions. You’ll prepare forecasts, analyze trends across manufacturing, sales, finance, and general business conditions, and develop clear, concise reports that help leaders understand what’s happening and why. Your work will support planning, budgeting, and performance management efforts, including participation in departmental budgets, monthly variance analysis, and special studies as business needs arise.
You’ll also have the chance to demonstrate intrapreneurship and ownership by thinking boldly, showing initiative, and bringing forward ideas that improve processes and outcomes. By collaborating with others, learning from experience, and holding yourself accountable to high standards, you’ll help ensure financial insights are timely, accurate, and actionable. What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree; or High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of accounting, audit, finance, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work.
- Experience with MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, Outlook Soft and JDE.
- Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations, along with experience writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals, and effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups.
- Experience applying mathematical concepts and established procedures to non‑routine situations, solving practical problems, interpreting varied instructions, and demonstrating knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this field of specialization.
