What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A.?
Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. has an opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join our defense litigation practice. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and should possess strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Three to five years of prior experience and current membership with the South Carolina Bar are preferred. Candidates will work in our Columbia, South Carolina office. The firm also offers hybrid work schedules, with a combination of in-office and remote work.
As a litigation Associate, candidates will have an immediate opportunity for significant case handling responsibility and direct interaction with clients. Successful candidates must be motivated, highly organized, and have the ability manage a caseload as the lead attorney, while receiving mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm.
