Associate Attorney – Litigation/TIPS
Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. has an opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join our Litigation/TIPS practice. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and should possess strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. 1-3 years of prior litigation experience and current membership with the South Carolina Bar are preferred. Candidates will work in our Greenville, South Carolina office. The firm also offers hybrid work schedules, with a combination of in-office and remote work.
As a Litigation/TIPS Associate, candidates will have an immediate opportunity for significant case handling responsibility and direct interaction with clients. Successful candidates must be motivated, highly organized, and have the ability manage a caseload as the lead attorney, while receiving mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm.
