Morning Baker (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Start Time: 4:30 AM

The Galley Hatch is looking for an early morning baker to join our talented bakery team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys an early start, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in preparing products that have become a tradition for our guests.
What You'll Do
- Bake fresh muffins, scones, and other bakery items each morning
- Prepare our famous popovers throughout the day
- Make breakfast sandwiches and assist with morning breakfast production
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bakery
- Work alongside our experienced bakery team to ensure every guest receives fresh, high-quality products
What We're Looking For
- Bakery or kitchen experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
- Reliable and dependable with the ability to arrive for a 4:30 AM start
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
- Passion for baking, food quality, and consistency
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
