On the heels of a significant brand refresh and explosive few years, we’re building the marketing function for the first time in company history to invest in continued growth. With that, we're looking for a marketing manager who can produce beautiful, highly engaging content and run marketing campaigns that generate incremental leads for our sales team.
About the Role:
As the second hire in the marketing dept, this role will be highly hands-on and execution-focused, while also offering meaningful exposure to strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll work closely with Sales, and other internal partners to bring our brand to life, support revenue growth, and help build the foundational processes that will scale the business. This is an ideal role for a creative, data-minded marketer who wants to grow their impact and help shape a marketing function from the ground up.
Responsibilities Include:
Work across the entire business, specifically the sales team, to produce marketing materials that meet the Gallery brand standard
- Email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
- Website material such as case studies
- Social posts (specifically LinkedIn)
- Client/ pitch materials such as capabilities and informational one-pagers
Identify and execute impactful experiential touchpoints to drive brand awareness and strengthen existing relationships
- Hosting a suite at high profile sports & entertainment events
- Curating roundtables or “lunch and learns” with partners
- Organizing happy hours and other social gatherings around tentpole industry events
Generate and track measurable results, including increased leads, brand awareness, and engagement metrics.
- Data-Driven Decision Making - using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Consistent updates to the senior leadership team and the organization around performance
- Owning specific objectives and key results within the marketing function
- Using existing systems like NetSuite (our CRM) and recommending additional ones as we scale
Work alongside the sales ops & strategy lead to analyze and interpret marketing data sets to inform future marketing and sales strategy
- Owning the creation of the marketing dashboard within NetSuite
- Analyze pipeline sales data to better understand where to allocate resources
- Build out ideal customer profiles
- Conducting market research to stay up to date on and what our competitors are doing
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years professional marketing experience, with hands-on execution across content, digital, and experiential marketing
- Strong written and communication skills
- A creative mindset with an eye for brand and storytelling
- Comfort working with data and using insights to inform decisions
- Experience with design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, and occasionally Illustrator or Photoshop)
- A collaborative, direct communicator who is open to feedback
- A doer mentality, able to execute, test, learn, and iterate
- Willingness to take creative risks and pivot when needed
- Excited to build, grow, and evolve with the business
- Travel ~10% of the time

Compensation:
Salary: $ 85,000 - $95,000 per year (Commensurate with Experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid in-office, 3 days a week at our HQ in Denver, Colorado
