Job Description
We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and dedicated Personal Care Caregivers to provide quality in-home care to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers.
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Offer medication reminders as permitted by the care plan.
Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, or overall well-being.
Maintain accurate daily care documentation using the agency's electronic visit verification (EVV) system.
Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving or personal care experience preferred.
Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
Ability to pass required background and registry checks.
Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and electronic visit documentation.
