Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Caregiver role located in South Omaha, NE. Start time for this position is 5:30 am-6:30am M-F and 3:30pm-8:30pm M-TH. The caregiver will provide essential supportive services to 19 yr old wheelchair bound twins, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The role involves building trusting relationships with clients, monitoring their overall well-being, and promptly reporting any concerns to supervisors. The caregiver will also provide companionship, support clients' independence, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Qualifications
- Legally Able to Work in the USA
- Experience with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Skills in preparing meals and performing light housekeeping duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for providing companionship and understanding client needs
- Ability to observe and monitor clients’ well-being and report changes to supervisors
- Responsibility and reliability with strong time-management skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Previous caregiving experience or training preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Your own reliable transportation
- Your own smart phone that can download apps, text, and make calls
- Can lift at least 50 lbs
- Pass required background checks
- Minimum 19yrs old to apply
