Position Summary:
Gallery Social is seeking a number of reliable and energetic Full Time and Part Time Evening Stewards/Bussers to support our front-of-house team and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. This role is essential to delivering a seamless guest experience across our dining and entertainment spaces. Candidate needs to be able to work Evenings and Weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain guest flow
• Assist servers and bartenders by delivering food, refilling water, and supporting service needs
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar areas, bowling lanes, and entertainment spaces
• Remove trash, clean spills, and ensure all guest areas are safe and presentable
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies (napkins, utensils, glassware, condiments)
• Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including deep cleaning tasks
• Support private events, leagues, and high-volume service periods
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous busser, steward, or hospitality support experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay active in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout shifts
• Lift and carry up to 25–50 lbs (bus tubs, supplies)
• Ability to bend, reach, and work in a busy, high-energy environment

Hours

-Evening Hours 6pm - Close (1am weekly, 2am Weekends)

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
