Responsibilities:
- Supervise detailers at the dealership - manage day to day efforts of the team
- Ensure all work is done according to our best practices and policies (the cleaning of interior and exterior of vehicles, including but not limited to: wash, rinse, clean, polish, vacuum, dust, buff, wax, and stain-removal)
- Inspect work performed for maximum quality assurance
- Record vehicles serviced for production and billing
- Maintain clean equipment, tools, supplies, and service area
- Provide excellent customer service and positive attitude toward dealership and coworkers
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous detail management experience strongly preferred
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
