Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bingo Supervisor to lead our lively gaming floor and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the bingo games, supervise staff, and maintain a vibrant, welcoming environment. Your leadership will help foster a fun, safe, and efficient atmosphere where guests feel valued and entertained. The Bingo Supervisor plays a vital role in managing game flow, resolving guest inquiries, and upholding casino standards with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Supervise bingo game operations, ensuring smooth gameplay and adherence to Lodge policies and MS Gaming rules and regulations.
- Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to enhance guest service quality.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately during bingo sales, payouts, and transactions.
- Monitor game integrity, resolving conflicts or disputes promptly with clear communication.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist guests with questions or concerns, delivering outstanding customer service that promotes guest loyalty.
- Conduct training sessions for new staff members on game procedures, customer interaction, and conflict management.
Experience
- Proven management or supervisory experience within a Bingo environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Experience in customer service roles with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with cash handling, basic math skills, and transaction accuracy.
- Knowledge of bingo operations, including bingo game rules and safety standards.
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
- Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with Word and Excel.
- Must be able to pass a MS Gaming Commission background check.
