About the Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our visitors, patients, and families. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and warm demeanor will set the tone for a positive experience at our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients, families, and visitors, and directing them to their destinations
Handling inbound and outbound phone calls, and responding to voicemails
Managing patient and visitor arrival and departure processes, including check-in and check-out procedures
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and optimal patient care
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Providing administrative support to the clinical and non-clinical teams as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
2 years of experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
