About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership, with a focus on long-term care or rehabilitation
Strong knowledge of nursing regulations, policies, and procedures
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
