A well-established top rated retail garden center is seeking a part-time Greenhouse Associate for our retail nursery. The following are skills and requirements for this position
· Physically stock and care for plants
· Basic knowledge of floriculture
· Must be able to work in all types of weather
· Knowledge of fertilizers, pests and disease, and plant growth in containers.
· Knowledgeable and well-versed in annuals, perennials and house plants and able to make prudent sales recommendations.
· Minimum 2-year experience in the retail garden center industry
