Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support large-scale enterprise network environments.
- Perform network implementation, configuration, and operational support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues through deep analysis and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Execute network changes in accordance with established change management policies.
- Monitor network performance and incidents using enterprise monitoring tools and take proactive actions.
- Collaborate with service teams to implement and maintain network enhancements.
Required Competencies
- Extensive hands-on experience in enterprise networking technologies.
- Strong expertise in:
- Extreme Switches
- Extreme Wireless
- Extreme NAC (Network Access Control)
- SD-WAN technologies
- Solid understanding of routing and switching protocols, including:
- OSPF
- BGP
- IS-IS
- Experience with Azure Networking and troubleshooting cloud-based network issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex incidents.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and incident management tools.
- Good understanding of client-server architecture and internet technologies.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
