Position: Program Manager (Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migration)
Location: Birmingham , AL
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8 years of experience leading large enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or Microsoft migration programs.
- Direct experience managing at least one large-scale Microsoft 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migration.
- Experience with corporate separations, divestitures, carve-outs, or TSA-driven migrations.
- Demonstrated success managing large System Integrators and complex vendor relationships.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft 365
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- Teams
- Entra ID / Azure AD
- Intune
- Azure
- Power Platform
- Dynamics 365
- Power BI
- Experience leading multi-wave migrations with global users and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional executive communication, risk management, governance, and escalation management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading migrations exceeding 10,000 users.
- Experience managing Microsoft migration tools such as Quest On Demand and ShareGate.
- Experience working alongside Microsoft FastTrack, Microsoft Consulting, or Global System Integrators.
- Familiarity with SailPoint, identity governance, and enterprise security architectures.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent project/program management certification.
- Experience working within Fortune 500 enterprise environments.

- Successful separation and migration by committed legal deadline.
- Achievement of all migration acceptance criteria and milestone signoffs.
- Successful migration of all in-scope workloads and integrations.
- Delivery of a fully operational Microsoft 365 tenant environment.
- Successful completion of all migration waves, cutovers, and hypercare activities.
- Zero Sev-1/Sev-2 issues at hypercare exit.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and executive confidence.
- Successful TSA transition and separation readiness.
