Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Capacity Manager to drive end-to-end capacity, performance, and resiliency strategy across a major Line of Business. This is a senior individual contributor role with strong technical leadership and influence, aligned to ITIL-based service management, without direct people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT capacity planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Strong experience with Dynatrace, ServiceNow ITSM, and Splunk.
• Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments, including VMware ESX and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity principles.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL-based service management practices.
• Experience with governance reporting, operational metrics, and service performance monitoring.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives without direct management responsibility.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
