What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy practices.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other therapists and clinic team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, coworkers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic environment.
- Continue developing your clinical skills through continuing education and mentorship.
What We're Looking For
- Current Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Nevada licensure.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients and coworkers.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Someone who is motivated to grow professionally and personally.
- Someone who enjoys having fun and contributing to a positive workplace culture!
