The Group Sales Coordinator works primarily to support group sales efforts, handle client inquiries, coordinate group bookings, and manage sales-related administrative tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients, assisting with contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless group experiences. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while meeting deadlines and sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination, including managing group bookings, overseeing timelines, and preparing related documentation.
