The Floor Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing and training staff, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities include supervising team members, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment, and ensuring all attractions and facilities are functional and meeting high operational standards. Additionally, the Floor Manager will play a key role in supporting operational improvements and maintaining compliance with safety protocols.
