Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Automation QA Engineer responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications through automated testing. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, validating system functionality, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
Validate Salesforce workflows, integrations, and customizations
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
Identify, track, and report defects using QA tools
Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices
Required Skills:
Experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud)
Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, or similar)
Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configurations
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications
Experience with API testing and integration testing
