Job Summary:
A Salesforce Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role bridges business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive successful implementation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Salesforce project delivery across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and timelines
- Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and quality standards
- Manage project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure timely sprint deliveries
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and QA
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Proven experience in project/program management and delivery
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and integrations
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, PMP, Scrum Master, etc.)
- Experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations
- Background in consulting or enterprise environments
