Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Hahnville, LA. The Operations Manager will oversee daily manufacturing processes, ensure production efficiency, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include managing team performance, optimizing workflows to reduce operational costs, and collaborating with various departments to drive continuous improvement.
