Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Definition: Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and technical requirements, particularly regarding hardware, software, and networking needs.
- Budget and Cost Control: Developing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and tracking expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.
- Schedule and Resource Management: Creating detailed timelines, setting milestones, and optimizing resources (personnel, equipment, vendors) to prevent bottlenecks.
