Role Description
We are seeking a full-time CNC Programmer/Process Engineer (Mill/Turn) to join our team. This is an on-site role located in Grand Rapids, MI. The responsibilities include creating and optimizing CNC machine programs, interpreting technical drawings, and collaborating with the machining team to ensure efficient production. The role requires solving production challenges, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming of equipment
- Experience with Technical Drawing interpretation and application
- Expertise in Machining and Milling operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to work onsite in a team-focused and safety-oriented environment
- Familiarity with precision manufacturing standards and a continuous improvement mindset
- Prior experience in industries such as aerospace, medical, automotive, or energy is a plus
- Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification is preferred
