What You'll Do:
As an assembly and final inspection technician on our team, you will help create critical components by performing assembly and visually inspecting high-quality aerospace and defense industry parts. If you take pride in precision work, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy working with your hands, this is a role where your work truly matters. Your day-to-day:
- Install threaded inserts and perform light mechanical assembly on aerospace parts
- Conduct final visual inspections to ensure parts meet strict quality standards
- Identify even the smallest defects or inconsistencies
- Package finished components for shipment with care and accuracy
- Maintain accurate records and update jobs in our ERP system
- Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and aerospace requirements
What We’re Looking For:

- Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and small parts
- Basic math skills (measurements, fractions, decimals)
- Comfortable using a computer / ERP system
- Ability to follow structured processes and high-quality standards
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection
- Self-motivated and a continuous improvement mindset (help make things better)
