Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble prototype devices and subassemblies used for eMobility testing and costumer orders
• Cut, strip, and prepare electrical cables (including large-gauge wire)
• Assemble electrical connectors, terminals, seals, and housings
• Operate ultrasonic welding equipment to weld terminals to cable
• Support crimping operations using lab crimping equipment
• Build test samples per engineering instructions and test requests
• Perform basic visual inspections and assist with dimensional checks
• Label, organize, and track prototype parts and assemblies
• Follow established lab procedures, safety requirements, and EHS practices
• Work alongside engineers to meet testing schedules and project deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized lab work area
  
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical assembly
• Comfortable using hand tools and bench-top equipment
• Ability to follow work instructions and engineering drawings
• Willingness to work in a lab environment with safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
