Your role in our mission
- Manage inbound and outbound account communications to resolve outstanding balances and support timely account resolution.
- Document customer interactions, payment arrangements, and account updates accurately in client systems.
- Review loan and account details to confirm accuracy, authorization, and compliance with client guidelines.
- Use approved tools and systems to process updates, support payment activity, and maintain complete account records.
- Provide professional, respectful service while balancing quality, productivity, and compliance expectations.
- At least 2 years of experience in collections, credit, account resolution, or related financial operations.
- Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other related compliance standards.
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, preferably in a high-volume or automated dialing environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and navigate business systems quickly and accurately.
- 100% onsite role located at 313 Blettner Blvd., Madison, WI 53784.
- Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, during standard Central Time business hours.
