Caregiver in Madison WI

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide assistance to individuals in their homes or in healthcare facilities. The Caregiver will support clients with daily tasks such as personal grooming, meal preparation, and running rrands.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and toileting

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs

- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

- Help with mobility assistance, including transferring and lifting clients when necessary

**Skills:**

- Experience in hospice care or home care is preferred

- Knowledge of medication administration procedures

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality

- Ability to perform childcare duties if required

- Proficiency in assisting with heavy lifting tasks

- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards clients
