Job Details
- Lead the planning and execution of virtual and in-person meetings, conferences, webinars, and special events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite and day-of event support, including occasional evening coverage
- Manage and oversee virtual event platforms to ensure seamless attendee experiences
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
- Coordinate event staffing needs and schedule appropriate coverage for all programs and events
- Partner with catering, audio-visual, and other event vendors to ensure flawless execution
- Salary Range: $110,000 - 130,000 annually, based on experience
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in corporate event planning or event management
- Availability to provide occasional early morning and evening event support
- Professional, personable, and highly customer service oriented
- Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience managing webinars and virtual events through platforms such as Zoom
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
