Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and high-voltage electrical components.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills; execute repairs with precision using welding,
welding techniques, and other mechanical tools. - Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Conduct field service activities such as replacing components on scissor lifts, low voltage systems, and industrial machinery to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to facilitate accurate repairs and installations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop maintenance schedules that enhance equipment longevity and safety compliance.
- Support customer service efforts by providing technical assistance and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance levels.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
