As a Make Ready Technician at Gaines Investment Trust, you play a crucial role in ensuring that vacant apartments are prepared for new residents quickly and efficiently. Your Purpose & Contribution
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in by completing make-ready tasks on schedule.
- Utilize general maintenance skills to complete basic service work orders efficiently.
- Maintain and service the community pool.
- Assist with property upkeep, ensuring strong curb appeal.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance and office teams to coordinate tasks.
- Provide helpful and caring customer service to residents.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
- Be reliable and available for scheduled rotational on-call emergency duty.

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with:
- 1 years of maintenance/make-ready experience in multifamily housing.
- A valid driver’s license (required).
- A passion for fixing and preparing apartments for rent.
