Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician

Competitive compensation based on experience: $23 - $25 per hour, plus monthly bonuses
What You Will Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks within occupied apartment units and common areas.
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
- Complete work orders promptly and efficiently, documenting all completed tasks.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of equipment and systems.
- Assist with the turnover process for vacant units, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of pools, common areas, and grounds.
- Communicate effectively with residents to address maintenance requests and provide updates.
- Coordinate with property management to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams/vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
What You Will Bring:
- HVAC certification (required)
- Previous experience (1 years) in apartment maintenance or a similar role preferred.
- Currently resides within the Las Vegas, NV area, with a 20-minute commute.
- Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills for recording and tracking maintenance activities.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects, climb stairs, and perform manual labor.
- Strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
