What You Will Do in This Role:
- Assist Patients in Selecting Frames and Lenses.
- Submit Patient Insurance Information in a Timely Manner.
- Demonstrate Compassion and Interest When Listening and Responding to Patient Needs.
- Adjust & Repair Eyewear
- Verify Prescriptions and Eyeglass Orders for Final Inspection.
- Paid Travel to Other Gailey Offices in Central IL As Needed.
- Experience in Customer Service Environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Strong Interpersonal and Relationship Building Skills.
- Able to Work Independently & Effectively in a Team Environment.
