We are in search of talented bartenders to cater to the drink preferences of our guests, whether directly at the bar or through orders from our wait staff. Bartenders at our establishment are responsible for crafting a variety of drinks, including mixed cocktails, serving both bottled and draft beer, and pouring wine and other beverages. Proficiency in a wide range of drink recipes is essential, along with the ability to mix drinks accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and serve guests with a smile.
Prepare and serve drink orders promptly.
Craft various drink mixes with precision.
Maintain cleanliness in the bar area.
Monitor the lobby area and engage with guests, providing entertainment for those on wait or enjoying the bar atmosphere.
Process cash and credit card transactions.
Handle cash collection from employees.
Assist in the dessert-making station.
Manage to-go orders efficiently.
Contribute to weekly inventory tasks.
Complete cleaning duties and side work as required.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age requirement of 18.
1 or more years of bartending experience.
Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Punctual, self-motivated, and capable of handling high-volume situations.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Texas Food Handlers certification.
TABC certification.
