Role Overview: Join our team as a Host and become the welcoming face of our fine dining restaurant, setting the stage for a memorable guest experience. As the first point of contact, you play a pivotal role in creating a positive and lasting impression.

Responsibilities:
Welcome guests to our fine dining establishment with warmth and professionalism.
Provide accurate wait times and efficiently manage the waitlist.
Handle reservations through phone and OpenTable, ensuring seamless coordination.
Escort guests to their seats, present menus, and introduce them to their server.
Collaborate with managers and servers to coordinate seating arrangements.
Attend to guests' special needs and requests with attentiveness.
Answer incoming calls, addressing customer queries and providing information.
Assist wait staff and bartenders as required during peak times.
Maintain a clean and inviting reception area to enhance the overall ambiance.

Requirements:
Well-groomed appearance in line with the upscale dining environment.
Friendly, respectful, and welcoming demeanor, embodying exceptional hospitality.
Understanding of restaurant etiquette to create a refined dining experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, effectively monitoring the entire dining and bar area.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Physical ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
Possession of Texas Food Handler certification.
