Gaia is seeking an Executive Assistant to support three C-level Executives.
The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role directly supporting C-levels. Additionally, the candidate should display professionalism, be highly organized, positive, trustworthy, show attention to detail, and possess a desire to thrive in a consciousness-raising company

The EA is an integral liaison for the Executives and is responsible for a broad range of professional-level functions including comprehensive calendar management, deck preparation, travel coordination, and other tasks as assigne
