Duties
- Conduct thorough document collection and review to support case preparation and legal analysis
- Communicate clearly with clients to assure their needs are met.
- Assist staff with case management by organizing case files and tracking deadlines
- Support negotiations with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes
- Analyze legal issues across multiple practice areas such as divorce, collections, asset protection.
- Prepare for court appearances by reviewing case facts and developing strategic arguments
- Maintain detailed records of all case activities and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in Florida and preferably Middle District.
- Proven experience in communicating clearly with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Prior experience working in a law office environment with familiarity in legal administrative processes
