Position Summary: The Estimating Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing estimates and jobs in the residential, commercial, and industrial lines of business.

· Review plans and specifications for scope and value. Responsible to ensure that the plans and specs are complete. Determine the scope of work needed to complete each project and make recommendations as to appropriate subcontractors.
· Examine site/existing conditions.
· Interview subcontractors and vendors for project scope, and capacity to ensure that they have the appropriate ability, manpower, and resources to complete projects within stated requirements.
· Provide conceptual definitive cost estimates as appropriate associated with varying levels of design definition by performing quantity takeoffs and/or validating independent takeoffs of project quantities, and applying appropriate unit pricing, escalation, and contingency
· Perform research to support opinions.
· Develop Estimates with the support and direction of the Director of Estimating

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Computer Skills:
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), ProCore, and Bluebeam

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
