New England leading Petroleum Service & Construction Company is hiring full-time Construction Laborers to work on construction sites throughout New England. Description:
As a construction laborer, you must have a solid safety awareness and must possess a willingness to learn new duties. Construction laborers are expected to handle the physical demands of construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of hand power tools.
- Follow proper safety standards appropriate for the task at hand.
- Prepare sites, dig trenches, rake stone, dig holes, clean up debris.
- Deliver material to jobsite as well as remove waste materials from jobsite.
- Travel and stay away during the week as needed.
- Ability to perform verbal and written instructions.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work safely at elevations as needed
- Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs.
- Must have a clean, valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical.
- Upon hire, must be able to pass a DOT physical.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
