What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at Gurney Brothers Construction?
Gurney Brothers is a family run sitework construction company looking to hire year round help. We offer a great work environment with different types of construction projects from small residential to large commercial projects. We offer on the site training with everything from learning to install buried pipes to learning how to run heavy equipment. Most jobs are located in Springfield or the surrounding towns with employees being able to go back home every night with transportation being provided from our shop in North Springfield.

Qualifications
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to pick up at least 50 lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
No experience is required but is preferred. Higher starting pay is offered to individuals who apply with more experience
