Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, drive sales, and ensure a positive experience by delivering excellent service and product knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them with inquiries, purchases, and product selection
  • Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after sales
  • Promote products and services to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Handle transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales area
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and company policies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and cash-handling skills
